The status quo is built on talking about successes. When we openly acknowledge our failures, we put ourselves at risk of being blamed and punished - and this intolerance to failure drives our learning underground. In order to make learning and adapting possible, we need to build a safe space to discuss failures openly and maximize the learning we gain from them. Fail Forward gets the conversation started by asking the audience to flip failure on its head and celebrate that we are challenging ourselves and learning.
