See beyond the day-to-day struggles of this situation, and recognize resilience is only built through hardship. Deepen your understanding of resilience and start to build the foundations of this vital skill.
2. understanding chaLLENGES
Learn how the experts – from systems thinkers to Buddhist teachers – think about hardship and how it can bring us together. By drawing from our wisest selves we expand our perception of challenges to build collective resilience.
3. Thriving through change
Constant and rapid change is hard on everyone. The uncertainty it creates means some degree of failure is inevitable. Build the skill of learning from and adapting to the small ‘f’ failures to avoid the big ‘F’ FAILURES.
Trainings are delivered on your schedule. We recommend one per week for three weeks.
They include 40 minutes of content delivered live (via video conference) by CEO, Ashley Good,
and are augmented by daily on-the-job application and reflection ‘homework’.
